registry — pre-launch draft
Registration is mandatory for parts enquiries and and intended to help BRC understand existing aircraft configurations, parts requirements and owner support needs. It is not a government aircraft register or a certificate of ownership, airworthiness or authenticity.
Registrants should provide accurate information about aircraft they own or are authorised to represent. Supporting documents should be uploaded only when necessary and after redacting unrelated financial and personal information.
Photos, invoices and build records are optional unless specifically required to verify a particular parts transaction. Providing an image does not transfer copyright or automatically permit advertising use.
Newsletters and marketing use of images require distinct, affirmative, optional permissions. A separate, specific photo licence should describe permitted media, duration, credit and withdrawal procedures before any publication.
Registry records are not publicly searchable by default. No ownership details or photos should be shared publicly without an appropriate legal basis and applicable permission.
Registration does not guarantee part availability, engineering support, aircraft certification or future kit production.
Confirm identity verification, data retention, operator details and privacy rights with counsel, and connect forms only to a secure backend.
